Winter monthly stays for snowbirds
A furnished canal-front house on Sugarloaf Key, let by the month for the winter. Warm water, quiet roads and Key West about 20 minutes away.

Winter on Sugarloaf Key
From December to April, daytime highs in the Lower Keys average 75 to 82°F, nights rarely drop below 65°, and the sea stays between 72 and 78°. Swap the snow for canal views and warm water, for a month or the whole winter.
Manatees drift up the canals in the winter months, and the herons, pelicans and ospreys are there for morning coffee on the deck.
A proper home for the season
- Three bedrooms sleeping 6: room for visiting family and friends.
- A fully equipped kitchen and dining for eight inside.
- Washer and dryer, smart TV and fast WiFi.
- A shaded patio under the house with a BBQ grill and a hammock.
- Parking for up to six vehicles, and a private dock for a boat up to 20ft.
