Welcome to Sugarloaf Key, the most beautiful, friendliest place on earth.

Three double bedrooms, two overlooking water, two bathrooms, lounge with wonderful views and a fully equipped kitchen provide all you need to make your stay perfect. Beneath the house there is a dining area and plenty of seating for cocktail time. Downstairs facilities make life even easier for you to enjoy the beautiful view down the pristine swimming canal.

The swimming platform/dock can accommodate a boat up to 20ft.

The Space

An open plan lounge/kitchen diner is light and airy. The two sets of french doors offer an amazing view looking directly down the pristine swimming canal. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.

Three bedrooms with two overlooking water offer 2 x King Bed and 1 Super King. One bedroom is ensuite with the second bathroom being used as either a family bathroom or can be used as an en suite to the back bedroom.

The Keys are all about outside living and the downstairs is a lovely area where you can dine, sit and relax or fall asleep in the hammock. The downstairs bathroom, Fridge/Freezer and small kitchen area allow you to spend as much time as possible enjoying the lovely weather. At night, fairy lights make a magical place to enjoy a cocktail or two.

The wooden platform is a great place to catch the sun or to access the pristine deep water of our canal. You can fish from here or just chill out and enjoy the view.

Other Things to Note

Our yard has very young trees planted around the property so the grounds are work in progress. The grass will be cut once a month by our local landscaper.

We just want you to enjoy our home as much as we do. Make friends with our wonderful neighbours and immerse yourself in Keys Life - it's good for the soul!
